  • Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
  • The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
  • You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
  • You also agree that you will never hand out your personal information, such as your login details (username-password)to other members, in order for them to gain access to certain parts of the board. If you are caught doing such, your account can be banned or removed.
  • This is a radio forum, not a dating service.
  • Abusing the Private Messaging system will NOT be tolerated at The Quack Shack. Anyone receiving vulgar, threatening, or harassing PMs or Emails from other forum members, please report it to an Admin immediately! This type of activity will NOT be tolerated and will result in disqualification of your membership! This includes making threats about other members, to other members, also known as talking behind someones back.
  • PM's can and will be disabled for everybody if the system is abused regularly. We do not want to go that route, because we feel that the PM system is a needed part of the forum. PM's can also be disabled on a "Per Member" basis.
  • Profiles - public info, everything you enter into your profiles, becomes viewable by other members except for the private info seen only by admin (see below). This includes your instant messenger details and the like. If you don't want to be harassed outside of the forum, we suggest you not filling this info in. Use at your own risk.
  • Profiles - private info, If you are going to sell anything here on the QS, you have to fill out the bottom part of your profile, which includes "Real Name", "Real Address Street & #", "City, State, Zip code", "Real Contact Phone Number", and optionally a cell phone number. These fields are seen only by the admin group.
  • Profiles - Avatars/Personal photos - No abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented images are allowed in your avatar, or your personal photo. If someone finds this in someones profile, please report it to 1 admin, not all of them. If you are found to have abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented images, they will be removed, and you will be warned with the warning system that is in place.
  • Profiles - Comments, please keep the comments clean. If someone leave a unacceptable comment on your profile, please contact an admin, and the issue at hand will be dealt with. As of this moment, the admin team allows the use of profiles that allow comments, friends, and other goodies. If this is abused, we can and will resort to the old style profiles, where there is nothing but some basic info about you, with no comments, friends list, or anything.
  • NO DERAILS! Derails are throwing a topic into another direction. Lets please keep this to a minimum. If you have something you would like to say to original poster that regards to something else, please do it via the PM system.
  • Locked/deleted topics - If a thread that has been locked, or deleted, and you disagree, please PM 1 member of the admin team, not all of us. Just 1 is all it takes. All topics stay on the board, and can be retrieved for investigation, or if needed.
  • General & Funny's sections - Keep them clean. Nothing abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening. We do have a board, that is a little bit more relaxed, but it's for "Sponsor" group and up.
